Our Rescue Needs You Now
More Than Ever !
At Countryside Animal Rescue, we pour our hearts into every dog who comes to us— whether they’re scared, abandoned, sick, or simply out of options. We believe every dog deserves safety, love, and a real chance at a happy life.
Why We’re Focusing on Fostering
As we continue to grow, we’re shifting more intentionally to a foster-based model—where dogs can heal and thrive in real homes, not in a facility.
This helps us:
-
Learn each dog’s personality and needs
-
Provide more comfort and individual attention
-
Better prepare them for success in their forever home
We Urgently Need More Foster Homes (Especially Long-Term)
Foster homes are the foundation of everything we do. Each foster family allows us to say “yes” to another dog in need. Without enough fosters, we’re limited in how many dogs we can help at one time.
Fostering truly saves lives. When you foster, you give a dog: -
A safe place to land
-
Time to decompress and heal
-
Love and stability while they wait for adoption
How You Can Help
-
If you’ve ever thought about fostering—now is the time.
-
If you’ve fostered before—we’d be honored to have you back.
-
If you can’t foster right now, please share this message—it may reach the person who can.
Our rescue is strong because of the community behind it.
Foster Parent Process
Becoming a foster parent is easy—and we’ll guide you the whole way.
1) Complete the online Foster Parent Application**
2) Review the Foster Care Agreement**
3) Phone call with our Foster Coordinator**
We’ll contact you to talk through your application and make sure fostering is a good fit for you and your lifestyle.
We’ll review the agreement together, explain what to expect, and answer any questions.
4) Find the right match**
We’ll discuss the dogs currently in our care and work with you to find the best fit.
If we don’t have a match right away, we’ll reach out as soon as we do.
5) Welcome your foster dog home**
A staff member will bring the dog to your home.
We’ll provide essentials like a **crate, food, leash, and collar or harness**.
You’ll sign the Foster Parent Agreement and receive additional foster parent information.
